Lead Environmental Services Technician

1. Lead a team of environmental services technicians in maintaining cleanliness and safety of all areas in Atrium Health facilities.
2. Train and supervise environmental services technicians, ensuring they follow established protocols and procedures.
3. Oversee the scheduling and assigning of tasks to ensure proper coverage and timely completion of all cleaning duties.
4. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
5. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure they are properly utilized and stored.
6. Develop and implement cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and infection control.
7. Collaborate with other departments to address any environmental service-related issues or concerns.
8. Monitor and maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
9. Create and maintain records of cleaning activities, supplies, and equipment.
10. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and ensure the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation is maintained at all times.
11. Serve as a role model for the team by demonstrating professionalism, excellent work ethic, and commitment to the mission and values of Atrium Health.
