- Serve as a spokesperson for IRCAD, effectively communicating its mission, values, and impact to various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify and utilize various communication channels, including social media, email marketing, and traditional media, to reach target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of outreach efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and manage the budget for communication and outreach initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in healthcare communication and incorporate them into communication strategies.
- Plan and coordinate events and initiatives to engage and educate the community about IRCAD's advancements in healthcare.
- Represent IRCAD at conferences, presentations, and other external events to promote the organization and its initiatives.
- Manage a team of communication and outreach professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful execution of responsibilities.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Public Relations Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Communications, Public Relations, Or Marketing, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Strict Deadlines.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Diverse Audiences.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Strategic Communication Plans, Including Social Media And Digital Marketing Strategies.
