Medical Degree From An Accredited Institution: The Candidate Should Possess A Doctor Of Medicine (Md) Or Doctor Of Osteopathic Medicine (Do) Degree From A Recognized Medical School.
Board Certification In Internal Medicine: The Candidate Should Be Board Certified In Internal Medicine By The American Board Of Internal Medicine (Abim) Or The American Osteopathic Board Of Internal Medicine (Aobim).
Valid State Medical License: The Candidate Should Hold A Valid And Unrestricted License To Practice Medicine In The State Of North Carolina, Where Atrium Health Is Located.
Residency Training In Internal Medicine: The Candidate Should Have Completed A 3-Year Residency Program In Internal Medicine From An Accredited Institution.
Clinical Experience And Expertise: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Practicing As An Internal Medicine Physician, With A Strong Understanding Of Evidence-Based Medicine And Clinical Best Practices. Experience In Sub-Specialties Such As Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Or Endocrinology Would Be Considered A Plus.
