  1. Support and enhance critical healthcare applications to ensure optimal functionality.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to healthcare systems.
  3. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements to current systems.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service and support to end users, including healthcare providers and patients.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation for applications and processes.
  7. Conduct training and provide technical assistance to end users.
  8. Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address any potential issues.
  9. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new applications or upgrades.
  10. Follow established protocols and procedures for system maintenance and upgrades.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  12. Identify and recommend solutions to improve user experience and increase efficiency.
  13. Adhere to security and privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  14. Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support when necessary.
  15. Demonstrate a strong understanding of healthcare systems and industry best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Similar Application Specialist Role.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Multiple Healthcare Applications, Such As Electronic Health Record Systems, Revenue Cycle Management Systems, And Clinical Decision Support Tools.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues Related To Healthcare Applications.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Train End-Users On New Applications.
