- Support and enhance critical healthcare applications to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to healthcare systems.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements to current systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to end users, including healthcare providers and patients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology.
- Develop and maintain documentation for applications and processes.
- Conduct training and provide technical assistance to end users.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address any potential issues.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new applications or upgrades.
- Follow established protocols and procedures for system maintenance and upgrades.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and recommend solutions to improve user experience and increase efficiency.
- Adhere to security and privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support when necessary.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of healthcare systems and industry best practices.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Similar Application Specialist Role.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Proficiency In Multiple Healthcare Applications, Such As Electronic Health Record Systems, Revenue Cycle Management Systems, And Clinical Decision Support Tools.
Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues Related To Healthcare Applications.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Train End-Users On New Applications.
