Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution.
Current And Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of North Carolina.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience As A Registered Nurse, Preferably In A Home Health Or Case Management Setting.
Certification In Case Management, Home Health, Or A Related Field Is Preferred.
Excellent Communication, Organizational, And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team.
