  1. Provide compassionate care and support to patients by assisting with daily activities and tasks.

  3. Monitor and report any changes in patients' condition to the appropriate healthcare team members.
  4. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.

  11. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
  12. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during difficult times.
  13. Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and assisting with patient admissions.
  14. Adhere to all hospital and department policies and procedures.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the patient experience and provide the highest level of care.

Job Qualifications
  • Relevant Education And Training: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent, And Completion Of A Certified Healthcare Technician Program.

  • Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Previous Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Such As A Hospital Or Clinic, Is Preferred.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Equipment And Procedures: Familiarity With Various Medical Equipment And Procedures, Such As Taking Vital Signs, Administering Medications, And Performing Basic Lab Tests.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Healthcare Professionals, And Coworkers Is Essential In This Role.

  • Attention To Detail And Accuracy: Healthcare Technicians Must Be Detail-Oriented And Have The Ability To Accurately Record And Report Patient Information And Test Results. This Is Critical For Providing Quality Care And Maintaining Patient Safety.
