- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and assisting with patient admissions.
- Adhere to all hospital and department policies and procedures.
- Continuously strive to improve the patient experience and provide the highest level of care.
Relevant Education And Training: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent, And Completion Of A Certified Healthcare Technician Program.
Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Previous Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Such As A Hospital Or Clinic, Is Preferred.
Knowledge Of Medical Equipment And Procedures: Familiarity With Various Medical Equipment And Procedures, Such As Taking Vital Signs, Administering Medications, And Performing Basic Lab Tests.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Healthcare Professionals, And Coworkers Is Essential In This Role.
Attention To Detail And Accuracy: Healthcare Technicians Must Be Detail-Oriented And Have The Ability To Accurately Record And Report Patient Information And Test Results. This Is Critical For Providing Quality Care And Maintaining Patient Safety.
