1. Provide direct patient care and support to patients and healthcare team.
2. Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
3. Monitor and record patient vital signs, intake and output, and other relevant information.
4. Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare team.
5. Assist with patient hygiene and personal care.
6. Collaborate with healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans.
7. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
9. Respond to patient needs and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner.
10. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as safety and infection control protocols.
11. Document patient information accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.
12. Assist with medical procedures and diagnostic tests.
13. Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
14. Participate in ongoing training and development to ensure knowledge and skills are up-to-date.
15. Demonstrate a commitment to quality patient care and customer service.
16. Perform other duties as assigned by the healthcare team.
