As a member of our Floor Crew, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all.   1. Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the facility is well-maintained and free of hazards.
  2. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces in assigned areas.
  3. Empty trash and replace liners in designated areas.
  4. Clean and disinfect restrooms, including restocking supplies and reporting any maintenance needs.
  5. Assist in setting up and breaking down rooms for events and meetings.
  6. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  8. Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  9. Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by responding to requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  12. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on new procedures and techniques.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a clean and organized environment for patients and staff.
  14. Participate in special projects and assignments as needed.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Atrium Health.
