  12. Cultivate relationships with healthcare organizations to facilitate clinical placements for students.
  13. Uphold and promote Atrium Health's values and mission in all aspects of teaching and interactions with students.
  14. Support the recruitment and retention of nursing students through open house events and student outreach.
  15. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure students are prepared for real-world nursing scenarios.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Nursing Education Or A Related Field.

  • Current And Valid Rn Licensure In The State Of North Carolina.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Teaching Experience In A Nursing Education Setting.

  • Demonstrated Expertise In Curriculum Development, Program Evaluation, And Instructional Design.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Faculty, Students, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
