- Develop and implement curriculum for the Neurodiagnostic Technology program, ensuring it meets industry standards and provides students with the necessary skills and knowledge for a successful career in the field.
- Deliver engaging and informative lectures and practical sessions that effectively convey complex neurophysiology concepts and techniques to students.
- Create and review course materials, including presentations, assessments, and lab exercises, to ensure accuracy and relevance to current industry trends and advancements.
- Mentor and guide students, providing them with individualized support and feedback to help them succeed academically and professionally.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in neurodiagnostics, incorporating new techniques and technologies into the curriculum as needed.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and department staff to continuously improve the program and ensure a high-quality educational experience for students.
- Participate in program evaluations to assess student learning outcomes and make recommendations for program improvements.
- Maintain a professional and positive learning environment, promoting ethical and evidence-based practices in neurodiagnostics.
- Serve as a role model for students, demonstrating a commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
- Represent the program and Atrium Health at industry conferences and events, fostering partnerships and promoting the program to potential students and employers.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Neurodiagnostic Technology Or Related Field
Certification In Neurodiagnostic Technology From A Recognized Organization (Abret Or Aset)
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Or Academic Setting
Knowledge Of Current Industry Standards And Best Practices In Neurodiagnostic Technology.
