The Enterprise Executive Recruiter will play an integral role in identifying, recruiting, and hiring executive-level talent to support our mission and serve our patients and communities. The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications: a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 8 years of executive recruiting experience, knowledge of the healthcare industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships. Additionally, the Enterprise Executive Recruiter should have the ability to think strategically and possess a strong customer service orientation. Responsibilities:
- Source, recruit, and hire executive-level talent to support the mission of Atrium Health and serve patients and communities.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintain strong relationships with executive-level candidates and other stakeholders.
- Utilize a customer service orientation to ensure the best possible outcomes for Atrium Health.
- Leverage strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with candidates.
- Leverage knowledge of the healthcare industry to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide regular reports and updates to key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement best practices for executive recruiting.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and regulations in the executive recruitment space.
