1. Perform all laboratory procedures related to assisted reproductive technology, including oocyte retrieval, embryo culture, sperm preparation, and cryopreservation according to established protocols and standards.
2. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all laboratory procedures and patient information.
3. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
4. Monitor and evaluate the quality and viability of sperm, eggs, and embryos using advanced laboratory techniques.
5. Prepare and analyze samples for genetic testing and provide accurate and timely results to physicians.
6. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
7. Educate and counsel patients on laboratory procedures and treatment options.
8. Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families throughout the fertility treatment process.
9. Stay up-to-date on advancements in reproductive biology and laboratory techniques to continuously improve patient outcomes.
