Director - Nursing Services

1. Oversee the nursing department and ensure that all patient care services are delivered in accordance with established standards and regulations.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of patient care and maximize efficiency within the nursing department.
3. Recruit, train, and supervise nursing staff, including conducting performance evaluations, setting performance goals, and addressing any performance issues.

14. Represent the nursing department in meetings and committees, providing updates and presenting reports as necessary.
15. Serve as a resource and provide guidance to nursing staff on complex patient care issues and ethical dilemmas.
