Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Statistics, Or Data Analytics.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis Within The Healthcare Industry, Preferably With A Focus On Payor Denials.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Billing And Reimbursement Processes, Including Knowledge Of Payor Policies And Regulations.
Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools And Software, Such As Sql, Tableau, And Excel, To Manipulate And Analyze Large Datasets.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Data Findings And Recommendations To Stakeholders In A Clear And Concise Manner.
