  1. Greet and welcome patients and their families in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide timely and accurate information to patients regarding services, appointments, and general inquiries.
  3. Handle and resolve patient complaints or concerns in a calm and efficient manner.
  4. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all patients, coworkers, and visitors.
  5. Utilize effective communication skills to provide clear and concise information to patients and coworkers.
  6. Accurately and efficiently schedule appointments and update patient records.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and high-quality patient care.
  8. Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  9. Continuously strive to improve the patient experience by identifying and implementing process improvements.
  10. Maintain confidentiality of all patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
  11. Attend training and development sessions to stay updated on Atrium Health services and processes.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  13. Proactively assist patients with any additional needs or concerns.
  14. Complete administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry accurately and efficiently.
  15. Represent Atrium Health in a positive and professional manner at all times.
