Job Description

  1. Oversee and optimize patient flow throughout the healthcare system to ensure efficient and effective movement.
  2. Coordinate with various departments and healthcare professionals to facilitate a seamless experience for patients.
  3. Monitor and analyze patient flow data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies to improve patient flow and reduce wait times.

  8. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential bottlenecks in the patient flow process and implement corrective actions.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to patient flow processes and activities.
  10. Participate in departmental and cross-functional meetings to represent patient flow and provide updates on initiatives and progress.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in patient flow management to continuously improve processes.
  12. Adhere to all patient confidentiality and privacy guidelines and ensure all team members do the same.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Patient Flow Or Care Coordination Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Healthcare Regulations, And Patient Care Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Multidisciplinary Teams.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Handle Multiple Responsibilities, And Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment.
