1. Accurately manage and update patient condition and documentation records in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.
2. Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient conditions and treatment plans.
3. Conduct thorough reviews of patient records to identify any discrepancies or gaps in documentation and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
4. Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and coding to accurately document and code patient conditions and procedures.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices related to condition management and documentation, and implement changes as needed.
6. Act as a resource for healthcare providers and other team members on proper documentation practices and regulations.
7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of condition management and documentation.
