  1. Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to reimbursement within the healthcare organization.
  2. Provide guidance and support to team members regarding compliance and reimbursement policies and procedures.
  3. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify any potential compliance issues and develop action plans for resolution.
  4. Stay up-to-date on changes in regulations and reimbursement guidelines to ensure the organization remains in compliance.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance and reimbursement training programs for employees.
  6. Investigate and respond to any compliance-related concerns, complaints, or inquiries.
  7. Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  8. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and auditors, regarding compliance and reimbursement matters.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on compliance and reimbursement status.
  11. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information related to compliance and reimbursement.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on compliance and reimbursement matters, providing guidance and support to other departments and team members.
  13. Identify and implement best practices for maintaining compliance and maximizing reimbursement opportunities.
  14. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to compliance and reimbursement as needed.
  15. Embody the organization's values of excellence, integrity, and compassion in all interactions and responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Reimbursement, Compliance, Or Revenue Cycle Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Healthcare Billing And Reimbursement, Including Medicare And Medicaid.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Compliance Issues.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Various Stakeholders, Including Physicians, Administrators, And Government Agencies.
