  1. Conduct research studies: Perform all necessary tasks related to planning, organizing, and executing research studies in collaboration with the Anesthesia team. This includes designing study protocols, recruiting participants, and collecting and analyzing data.
  2. Monitor and maintain research equipment: Ensure that all research equipment is properly calibrated and maintained for accurate and reliable data collection. Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during research procedures.
  3. Communicate with research team: Collaborate with the Anesthesia team to share updates on research progress and discuss any challenges or concerns. Provide regular reports on research findings and assist in preparing presentations and publications.
  4. Ensure regulatory compliance: Adhere to all ethical and regulatory guidelines related to clinical research, including obtaining necessary approvals and maintaining accurate records of all research activities.
  5. Maintain accurate documentation: Keep detailed records of all research procedures, data collection, and participant information. Ensure that all documentation is organized and easily accessible for analysis and reporting purposes.
  6. Train and supervise research assistants: Provide guidance and training to research assistants to ensure that all research procedures are performed accurately and efficiently. Monitor their progress and provide feedback as needed.
  7. Participate in research meetings: Attend regular research team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and potential solutions. Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve research processes and outcomes.
  8. Continuously learn and stay updated on developments in anesthesia research: Stay informed about the latest advancements and techniques in anesthesia research and incorporate them into study designs and procedures.
  9. Adhere to safety protocols: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of research participants and team members during research procedures.
