- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in pharmacy practice, including HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
- Continuously assess and improve pharmacy processes to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
- Mentor and train pharmacy students and residents.
- Attend continuing education programs and conferences to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with other pharmacists and healthcare professionals to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Act as a resource for drug information for patients, healthcare providers, and other members of the healthcare team.
Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited Pharmacy Program.
Active And Unrestricted Pharmacist License In The State Of North Carolina.
Completion Of A Post-Graduate Pharmacy Residency Program.
Board Certification In A Specialized Area Of Pharmacy Practice (E.g. Ambulatory Care, Infectious Diseases, Oncology).
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Pharmacy Experience In An Acute Care Setting.
