  1. Greet and welcome patients and visitors to Atrium Health in a warm and friendly manner.
  2. Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Schedule appointments for patients with healthcare professionals, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  4. Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of all information.
  5. Keep the office area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  6. Assist with insurance verification and billing processes.
  7. Coordinate patient referrals to other healthcare facilities or specialists as needed.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide excellent customer service.
  9. Follow all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  10. Handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  11. Monitor and track office inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
  12. Collaborate with other office staff and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  13. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on policies, procedures, and industry developments.
  14. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for improving patient care processes.
  15. Uphold the mission, values, and standards of Atrium Health in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and the community.

Job Qualifications
