1. Develop and implement educational programs and workshops for healthcare professionals focusing on simulation training.
2. Collaborate with various departments, such as nursing leadership and clinical teams, to design and deliver effective training programs.
3. Utilize clinical expertise to ensure that training programs align with best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
4. Mentor and coach nursing staff in simulation techniques and best practices for providing quality patient care.
5. Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
6. Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for simulation training and other educational initiatives.
7. Stay up-to-date with advancements in healthcare technology and incorporate them into training programs.
8. Collaborate with external partners to develop and deliver specialized training programs.
9. Develop and maintain training materials, resources, and manuals for use by nursing staff.
10. Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new nursing staff, providing training and support as needed.
