
Clinical Nurse Educator, Simulation Service Line

- Develop and implement educational programs and workshops for healthcare professionals focusing on simulation training.
- Collaborate with various departments, such as nursing leadership and clinical teams, to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Utilize clinical expertise to ensure that training programs align with best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
- Mentor and coach nursing staff in simulation techniques and best practices for providing quality patient care.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for simulation training and other educational initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in healthcare technology and incorporate them into training programs.
- Collaborate with external partners to develop and deliver specialized training programs.
- Develop and maintain training materials, resources, and manuals for use by nursing staff.
- Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new nursing staff, providing training and support as needed.
Master's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field With A Focus On Education.
Active Rn License In The State Of North Carolina.
Minimum Of 5 Years Clinical Experience In An Acute Care Setting.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Simulation-Based Education Programs.
Strong Communication, Leadership, And Organizational Skills.
