  1. Provide clinical leadership and support to medical assistants in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  2. Ensure that all medical assistants are following proper protocols and adhering to established standards of care.
  3. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical assistant team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery.
  5. Maintain a positive and professional work environment for all medical assistant staff.
  6. Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring proper functionality and availability.
  7. Facilitate communication and coordination between medical assistant staff and other departments within the organization.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in medical technology to ensure optimal patient care.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to medical assistant responsibilities.
  10. Serve as a mentor and resource for medical assistant staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Medical Assistant (Cma) Or Registered Medical Assistant (Rma) Credentials

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working As A Medical Assistant In A Clinical Setting

  • Prior Experience In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Procedures, And Equipment

  • Proficiency In Electronic Medical Record Systems And Computer Skills
