  1. Collaborate with various healthcare teams to identify areas for improvement in healthcare processes and develop strategies for integrating technology solutions.
  2. Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and information technology teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new technology systems.
  3. Develop and implement training programs for clinical staff on how to effectively use technology systems to improve patient care.
  4. Monitor and analyze data from various technology systems to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Stay up-to-date on emerging healthcare technologies and make recommendations for their implementation to enhance patient outcomes.
  6. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards related to the use of technology systems.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any technology-related issues that may arise, working closely with the IT department as needed.
  8. Collaborate with healthcare providers and technology vendors to customize and optimize technology systems for the specific needs of the organization.
  9. Participate in the development and implementation of clinical decision support tools and protocols to improve patient safety and quality of care.
  10. Communicate with and educate clinical staff on any changes or updates to technology systems.
  11. Document and maintain accurate records of technology usage, training, and troubleshooting activities.
  12. Continuously evaluate and assess the effectiveness of technology systems and make recommendations for improvement as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Informatics, Nursing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Clinical Informatics Or Healthcare Information Technology.

  • Strong Understanding Of Electronic Health Record Systems And Other Clinical Software Applications.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards, Such As Hipaa And Meaningful Use.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Staff On New Technology And Processes.
