  1. Follow up on outstanding insurance claims to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
  2. Communicate with insurance companies, patients, and other relevant parties to obtain necessary information and resolve issues.
  3. Identify and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments for resolution.
  4. Utilize strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of claims and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claim follow-up activities.
  6. Utilize strong knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes to accurately review and analyze claims.
  7. Collaborate with team members to identify trends and recurring issues, and develop solutions to improve claims processing.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and concerns from patients and insurance companies.
  9. Meet deadlines and performance metrics set by the company.
  10. Continuously update and improve knowledge of insurance regulations and processes.
  11. Work independently and as part of a team to ensure efficient and effective claims processing.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of patient and company information.
  14. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance job performance.
