11. Collaborate with community organizations and volunteers to provide additional resources and support for patients and families.
12. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and their families.
13. Demonstrate professionalism and compassion at all times while interacting with patients and their families.
14. Continuously evaluate and improve upon current child life programs and interventions.
