Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Scheduling, Preferably In A Large Hospital Or Healthcare System.
Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology, Insurance Requirements, And Scheduling Software.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With A Diverse Patient Population And Collaborate With Multiple Healthcare Teams.
