  1. Provide technical support for the implementation and maintenance of the Epic Willow medication management system.
  2. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless integration of the system with other applications and workflows.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Epic Willow system, including identifying and implementing solutions.
  4. Train and support end-users on the functionality and proper use of the system, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
  5. Stay current with updates and advancements in the Epic Willow system, and make recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
  6. Work closely with clinical and operational teams to understand their needs and requirements, and translate them into system configurations and workflows.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of system configurations, workflows, and processes.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures related to the use of the Epic Willow system.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize system performance and user experience.
  11. Participate in on-call support rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert for the Epic Willow system, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while handling sensitive information and interacting with patients and healthcare professionals.
  14. Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and a patient-centric approach in all interactions.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Implementing And Supporting Epic Willow Pharmacy System.

  • Epic Willow Certification Or Proficiency In Other Epic Applications.

  • Strong Technical Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot System Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Interact With Users And Provide Support.
