
Assistant Vice President - Practice Operations

- Oversee the daily operations of all practice locations within the organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve practice efficiency and quality of care.
- Work closely with the leadership team to set and achieve growth goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze practice performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and train staff to ensure a high level of competency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and streamline processes.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment for all practice staff.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians and external partners.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including executives, physicians, and staff.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in practice operations.
- Lead and participate in special projects as assigned by the leadership team.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and events.
- Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction by implementing and monitoring patient experience initiatives.
- Implement and maintain electronic health record systems and other technology to support efficient practice operations.
- Monitor and manage practice budgets and expenses.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Develop and maintain a disaster and emergency plan for all practice locations.
- Support the organization's mission and goals by promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Operations Management, Preferably In A Large Healthcare System.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
Proven Leadership Skills, With A Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing Teams.
