
Assistant Project Manager

- Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans in alignment with Atrium Health's mission and goals.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that all project milestones are being met.
- Communicate regularly with project team members, stakeholders, and other departments to provide updates on project status.
- Identify and address any issues or roadblocks that may impact project timelines or goals.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of project team members.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure all action items are assigned and completed.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and understood.
- Provide support and assistance to project managers as needed.
- Continuously evaluate project processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the project team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management.
- Uphold Atrium Health's values and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Project Management, Business Administration, Or Healthcare Administration.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Team Members And Stakeholders At All Levels.
Proficiency In Project Management Software And Tools, Such As Microsoft Project Or Asana, And A Strong Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies.
