Job Description

At Atrium Health, we are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Coordinator. In this role, you will assist in coordinating the day-to-day operations of our organization, and you will play a key role in helping us achieve our goals.We are seeking a candidate who is organized and detail-oriented, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the ideal candidate for this position has a Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and at least two years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.If you are a highly organized individual who is comfortable in a team-oriented environment and is committed to helping us advance our mission, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the day-to-day operations of Atrium Health, including coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and creating reports.
  2. Develop and maintain effective communication and interpersonal relationships with staff and clients.
  3. Assist in goal setting and execution of project plans.
  4. Monitor progress on projects and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  5. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  6. Prepare and manage documents, such as presentations, budgets, and other reports.
  7. Provide administrative support to the team, such as filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks.
  8. Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues.
  9. Manage and update digital databases and records.
  10. Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and improve organizational efficiency.
