- Provide compassionate and high-quality healthcare services to patients in accordance with Atrium Health standards and protocols.
- Serve as a vital member of the healthcare team, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other providers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans based on individual needs.
- Administer and monitor treatment interventions, including medications, procedures, and therapies, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and other pertinent information.
- Keep abreast of current healthcare trends, best practices, and evidence-based guidelines to continuously improve patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

- Exhibit a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Master's Degree In An Advanced Practice Nursing Specialty, Such As Family Nurse Practitioner Or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner.
Current Certification And Licensure As An Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (Aprn) In The State Of North Carolina.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience As An Aprn, Preferably In A Hospital Or Primary Care Setting.
Strong Clinical Skills And Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practices In The Specialty Area.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Multidisciplinary Team.
