Job Description

At Atrium Health, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Advance Laboratory Assistant – Microbiology to join our team. The Advance Laboratory Assistant – Microbiology will be responsible for performing a wide variety of technical and non-technical activities in support of the Microbiology department. The successful candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing quality patient care.To be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, plus three to five years of experience working in a Microbiology lab. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laboratory safety regulations, knowledge of microbiology techniques, and experience with lab information systems.   • Bachelor's Degree In Microbiology Or Related Field

  • Previous Experience In A Clinical Microbiology Laboratory
