  1. Conduct laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently, following established protocols and safety guidelines.
  2. Assist in the collection, preparation, and processing of specimens for testing.
  3. Perform routine maintenance and quality control procedures on laboratory equipment.
  4. Document and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.
  5. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and assist with ordering as needed.
  6. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure efficient and effective laboratory operations.
  7. Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
  8. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to laboratory operations.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the accuracy and integrity of test results.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers, addressing any questions or concerns related to laboratory services.
  11. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise during testing.
  12. Actively contribute to quality improvement initiatives and recommend process improvements to enhance laboratory operations.
  13. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all patient information and laboratory results.
  15. Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Medical Laboratory Science.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting.

  • Proficiency In Performing A Wide Range Of Laboratory Tests And Procedures, Including Sample Preparation, Analysis, And Interpretation Of Results.

  • Knowledge Of Laboratory Safety Protocols And Regulations, Including Handling Of Hazardous Materials And Proper Disposal Methods.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues In A Timely Manner.
