1. Greet and welcome patients to Atrium Health, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
2. Provide information about Atrium Health's Outpatient Rehabilitation Services to patients and their families.
3. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and determine appropriate rehabilitation services.
4. Schedule and coordinate appointments for patients with the appropriate rehabilitation specialists.
5. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure a seamless and coordinated care experience for patients.
6. Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with patients and provide them with a comfortable and supportive environment.
