Job Description

As a Contact Center/Unified Communications specialist, you’ll be part of an upbeat team that is building a strategic set of Practices to drive new CC/UC cloud business within the ATOS client base. Working with other UC/CC specialists on developing sales pipeline, working on deals, taking part in client meetings as appropriate. Research on the UC/CC market trends, statistics, etc. Research on our major clients to provide an outline of their key strategy and imperatives Research on Atos’ competition offerings, approach, clients, etc. Providing support to account planning and portfolio mapping processes Crafting and maintain partner communications for the practices; including performance dashboards and other reporting. Liaising with our partners to ensure Atos aligning with agreed processes, registering deals, training requirements, etc.

Job Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited BS degree program in Business, Marketing or related degree.

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0

  • Ability to work independently and on a team

  • Willing to work under pressure of tight deadlines and looking after people across geographies and different time zones

Compensation
