HR Specialist - Mobility
Support the deployment and execution of International Mobility assignment processes for North America (assignment lifecycle, immigration, tax, legal, social security, insurance). Deploy employees on the applicable International Mobility policies by liaising with the business to determine the best suited mobility assignment to support the business need. Responsible for supporting the enrichment of the employee experience while on assignment in North America. Responsible for managing the relationship between internal and external stakeholders. Ensure the delivery of high-quality International Mobility services to mobile population assigned to the US. Present/explain policy terms and conditions and processes, to Atos' international population, including permanent transfers, foreign local hires, international assignees, landed resources, local plus. Initiate immigration documents for candidates and new hires and coordinate visa application amendments/extensions with the immigration provider.
2-3 years working experience within Business Immigration in a corporate environment and/or International Mobility.
Large multinational organization experience preferred.
Understanding of non-immigrant visa classifications, including H-1B, F-1, TN, L-1.
International experience, accustomed to work in a global team across time zones.
