Job Description

The Material Coordinator will be responsible for the material inventory within different departments as well as operating the release system to send finished goods to various customers. Material Coordinator will also be responsible for the next cycle count of stock including, but not limited to, finished goods, raw material and other stock as deemed necessary. Perform weekly scheduled cycle counts of raw materials and work in progress (WIP). Implement and perform daily cycle counts of finished goods to ensure accuracy of inventory. Verify inventory pulled for shipments is correct. Inspect and receipt in material deliveries. Investigate and rectify inventory imbalances. Provide responsive and professional assistance to suppliers. Cooperate with other areas of the organization.

Job Qualifications

Minimum two years of experience in inventory maintenance and cycle counts
Previous direct contact with high end customer base is required
