  1. Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes and systems to ensure the production of high-quality products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to optimize product design and manufacturability.
  3. Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and solve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  4. Continuously analyze and improve manufacturing processes, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
  5. Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new production equipment and processes.
  6. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards, regulations, and procedures.
  7. Train and mentor production team members on new processes and equipment to ensure successful implementation and ongoing optimization.
  8. Develop and maintain accurate documentation, including process procedures, work instructions, and engineering change orders.
  9. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and qualify new materials and equipment for production.
  10. Participate in new product development projects, providing input on manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
  11. Stay updated on industry advancements and trends, incorporating new technologies and processes into production as appropriate.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
  13. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting open communication and a continuous improvement mindset.
  14. Adhere to project timelines and budgets, communicating any potential delays or issues to management in a timely manner.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Manufacturing Engineering, Preferably In The Industrial Equipment Sector.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Techniques, Including Machining, Welding, And Assembly.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software, Such As Solidworks Or Autocad, And Experience With Erp Systems.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
