
CRM Solution Manager
Develop efficient business processes supported by out of the box software systems to achieve the Divisional goals. Consult with managers to determine the role of the CRM platform in solving business needs. Design, develop, and implement CRM workflows, templates and reports. Manage CRM related improvement projects, working with consultants and other external resources when necessary. Work with and support key users and business process owners. Provide initial and ongoing training (as needed) to business key users (facilitate train the trainer). Keep solution documentation and training materials up to date in the company wiki. Interface with users to identify opportunities for improvement and training. Provide Administrative support. Troubleshoot errors and issues and provide recommendations on how to prevent them from reoccurring.
Previous experience with CRM solutions and best practices required
Programming experience and working with SDKs is a big plus
Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented, and fast-paced environment
Previous experience with system integration and web services required
