Job Description

Provide technical expertise in analyzing and resolving requests and problems as they pertain to the PLM system and CAD integrations through GTAC (Siemens solution center). Responsible for PLM help desk requests. Manage multiple system environments such as development, test, and production. Serve as technical lead for system integrations with PLM system. Support improvements in overall systems reliability, configuration, license and configuring databases for global multi-site implementation. Administer PLM database. Globally responsible for administration and troubleshooting of Workfront implementation. Understand and document current business processes and lead analysis into the definition of the future state, including both system and people change. Manage schema extensions to allow global collaboration.

Job Qualifications

Solid understanding of business processes, ideally from a manufacturing environment
1 year experience in IT engineering based operations within a manufacturing facility
1+ years of PLM Administration or similar experience unified with CAD integrated environment preferred
1+ years supporting an ERP package e.g. Syspro
Experience working with external third party application vendors
