Job Description

To identify, manage the technology partners and matrix defining the capabilities of each type of equipment and their approved replacement. To own, create, develop the new technology roadmap to align to the growing business needs of PC‘s to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, Environment (SQDCPE). To ensure delivery of projects and programs aligns to overall business strategy with delivery on time and budget and supporting the Division on its mission to delight customers and drive CSL around OTD to Request. Work with Central teams, general managers and their teams to share and take input to the roadmap, project plan and resource for technology developing the PC‘s. Ensure appropriate IP controls in place (Non-disclosure agreement (NDA), Joint development agreements (JDA’s) e.t.c., across all relevant activities.
