- Develop and implement innovative programs to address the needs of the community.
- Collaborate with various departments and community organizations to identify and prioritize program needs.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform program development and ensure effectiveness.
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Create and maintain program timelines and milestones to ensure timely implementation.
- Evaluate program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness.
- Communicate program goals, objectives, and progress to stakeholders and community members.

- Represent the county and its programs at community events and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Continuously monitor and report on program outcomes and impact to measure success.
- Identify and address any potential challenges or barriers to program success.
- Mentor and train junior program development staff.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program development and implementation.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Public Administration, Business Administration, Or Nonprofit Management.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Development And Management, Specifically In The Public Sector.
Strong Understanding Of Local Government Operations And Processes, Including Budgeting, Procurement, And Grant Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Diverse Range Of Stakeholders.
Demonstrated Experience In Researching, Assessing, And Implementing Innovative Programs And Initiatives To Address Community Needs And Priorities.
