
Director - Juvenile Family Crisis Intervention Program

- Develop and implement a comprehensive Juvenile Family Crisis Intervention Program that effectively addresses the needs of at-risk youth and families in the community.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, including managing a team of staff and volunteers, developing and maintaining program policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the program, building and maintaining relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and other relevant agencies.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of the program's effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to ensure its success.
- Provide crisis intervention and support services to youth and families in need, including conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing case management.
- Collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to addressing the needs of vulnerable youth and families.
- Monitor program budget and expenditures and make recommendations for allocation of resources to support program goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and trends in the field of juvenile justice and crisis intervention and incorporate them into the program's operations.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards, including maintaining confidentiality and following mandated reporting procedures.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment for staff and volunteers, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
- Represent the program and the county in various meetings, conferences, and events related to juvenile justice and crisis intervention.
- Serve as a role model and advocate for the program's mission and values, promoting a culture of compassion, empathy, and dedication to helping vulnerable youth and families.
Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience Working With At-Risk Youth And Families
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team
Knowledge Of And Experience With Crisis Intervention Techniques And Resources
Familiarity With Local And State Laws And Regulations Related To Juvenile And Family Services.
