  1. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry work to ensure the proper functionality of buildings.
  2. Inspect buildings regularly to identify and address any potential maintenance issues.
  3. Respond to work orders and requests for repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
  5. Ensure the safety and security of buildings by conducting regular inspections and reporting any safety hazards.
  6. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks.
  7. Assist in the maintenance of outdoor areas, including landscaping, snow removal, and general upkeep.
  8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
  9. Communicate with building occupants and address any concerns or complaints regarding maintenance issues.
  10. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes and procedures.
  12. Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on building maintenance techniques and regulations.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
