Develop and implement strategies to promote AstraZeneca's portfolio of urogenital cancer treatments in the Southern Bavaria region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including oncologists, urologists, and other specialists in the urogenital cancer field.
Provide scientific and clinical education to healthcare professionals on AstraZeneca's urogenital cancer treatments, including their indications, mechanisms of action, and safety profiles.
Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in urogenital cancer treatment and incorporate this knowledge into promotional strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to promoting AstraZeneca's urogenital cancer treatments.
Plan and execute educational events and programs for healthcare professionals, including speaker programs, symposia, and advisory boards.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Maintain a high level of expertise and knowledge in the oncology field, specifically in the urogenital cancer space, through continuous learning and professional development.
Act as a brand ambassador for AstraZeneca, representing the company and its values in a professional and ethical manner.
Provide regular updates and reports on territory performance, market insights, and competitor activities to the regional and global teams.
Effectively manage budgets and resources to maximize impact and achieve business objectives.
Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures while carrying out job responsibilities.

Job Qualifications

In-Depth Knowledge Of Urogenital Oncology: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Urogenital Oncology, Including The Latest Treatment Options, Clinical Trials, And Market Landscape.
Medical Degree And Relevant Experience: A Medical Degree Or Equivalent Qualification Is Required For This Role, Along With A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry, Preferably In Urogenital Oncology.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Therapy Area Specialist, The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Medical Information To A Diverse Audience, Including Healthcare Professionals, Patients, And Internal Stakeholders.
Customer-Focused Mindset: Astrazeneca Values A Customer-Centric Approach, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Focus On Understanding And Meeting The Needs Of Healthcare Professionals And Patients In The Urogenital Oncology Space.
