Promote and educate healthcare professionals on AstraZeneca's respiratory products in the Niedersachsen – Bremen, Stade, Lüneburg area.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.
Utilize your strong background in respiratory therapy to effectively communicate the benefits and features of AstraZeneca's products to healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute effective strategies for promoting and selling respiratory products.
Maintain a strong understanding of the respiratory therapy area, including market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities and market trends.
Continuously develop and enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-study.
Represent AstraZeneca at industry events and conferences.
Adhere to all company policies and regulations, including compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.
Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a positive image of AstraZeneca in the healthcare community.

Job Qualifications

In-Depth Knowledge Of The Respiratory Therapy Area: A Therapy Area Specialist / Pharmareferent (M/W/D) At Astrazeneca Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Respiratory Diseases, Their Treatment Options, And The Related Market Landscape. This Includes Knowledge Of The Latest Treatment Guidelines And Clinical Data.
Sales And Marketing Experience: As A Representative Of Astrazeneca, The Candidate Must Have A Strong Background In Sales And Marketing. This Includes Experience In Developing And Executing Sales Strategies, Building Relationships With Key Stakeholders, And Achieving Sales Targets.
Familiarity With The Local Market: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Respiratory Market In Niedersachsen, Bremen, Stade, And Lüneburg. This Includes Knowledge Of The Healthcare System, Key Competitors, And Potential Customers In The Region.
Strong Communication And Presentation Skills: A Therapy Area Specialist / Pharmareferent (M/W/D) Must Be An Excellent Communicator And Presenter. This Role Involves Regularly Interacting With Healthcare Professionals, Conducting Presentations, And Delivering Educational Programs.
Proven Track Record Of Success: Astrazeneca Is Looking For A Candidate With A Track Record Of Success In The Pharmaceutical Industry, Particularly In The Respiratory Therapy Area. This Includes A History Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets, Building Strong Relationships With Customers, And Consistently Delivering High-Quality Work.
