Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals in the Braunschweig, Erfurt, Kassel, and Göttingen areas, promoting and educating them about AstraZeneca's respiratory treatments.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the respiratory therapy area and have a deep understanding of AstraZeneca's products and their benefits.
Organize and conduct educational events and presentations for healthcare professionals to increase awareness and understanding of AstraZeneca's respiratory treatments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that align with business objectives and drive sales growth in the assigned territories.
Utilize market insights and data to identify opportunities for growth and develop action plans to capitalize on them.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the sales and marketing teams.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies while promoting AstraZeneca's products.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with healthcare professionals and report on sales activities and results on a regular basis.
Continuously develop knowledge and skills through training and educational opportunities to enhance performance and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Life Sciences Or Related Field: Candidates Should Possess A Strong Educational Background In The Life Sciences, Preferably With A Degree In Pharmacy, Biology, Or A Related Field.
Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry, With A Focus On Respiratory Diseases, Is Preferred. This Will Ensure That The Candidate Has A Solid Understanding Of The Industry And The Products They Will Be Promoting.
Knowledge Of Respiratory Diseases And Treatments: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Respiratory Diseases And Their Treatments, Including A Deep Knowledge Of Astrazeneca's Respiratory Portfolio.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Therapy Area Specialist / Pharmareferent, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Building Relationships With Healthcare Professionals And Effectively Communicating Information About Astrazeneca's Products. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team: This Job Requires Both Independent Work And Collaboration With Colleagues, So The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Work Well On Their Own As Well As In A Team Setting. They Should Also Be Self-Motivated, Proactive, And Results-Oriented.
