Promote and educate healthcare professionals on AstraZeneca's immunology products in the Hannover, Hildesheim, Göttingen region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
Conduct product presentations and provide product information to healthcare professionals.
Organize and attend events, conferences, and meetings to promote AstraZeneca's products.
Utilize strong knowledge of immunology and related fields to effectively promote and differentiate AstraZeneca's products.
Understand and adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and report on key metrics.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals.
Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement in the sales process.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address customer needs and concerns.
Represent AstraZeneca in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Travel within the assigned region to meet with healthcare professionals and attend events as needed.
Stay informed on the latest developments and advancements in the field of immunology and related areas.

Job Qualifications

Degree In Life Sciences Or Related Field: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Pharmacy, Or Medicine Is Required For This Position. A Higher Degree (E.g. Master's Or Phd) Is Preferred.
Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In The Pharmaceutical Industry, Preferably In The Field Of Immunology. This Will Ensure That The Candidate Has A Strong Understanding Of The Industry And The Specific Therapy Area.
Knowledge Of The Local Market: A Strong Understanding Of The Local Market And Healthcare System In The Hannover, Hildesheim, And Göttingen Areas Is Essential For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Key Stakeholders, Competitors, And Market Trends.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Therapy Area Specialist / Pharmareferent, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Building Relationships With Healthcare Professionals And Key Opinion Leaders. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For This Role.
Proven Track Record Of Sales Success: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Achieving And Exceeding Sales Targets In Their Previous Roles. This Demonstrates Their Ability To Effectively Promote And Sell Pharmaceutical Products And Their Overall Success In The Field.
