  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth for AstraZeneca products within the assigned territory.
  2. Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies, to promote AstraZeneca products and increase brand awareness.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth within the territory and develop action plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  5. Effectively communicate the value proposition of AstraZeneca products and educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and appropriate use of our treatments.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  7. Plan and attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and promote AstraZeneca products.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and changes in the healthcare market in order to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  9. Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  10. Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.
  11. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  12. Continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional development in order to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales Or Related Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Pharmaceutical Industry, Including Knowledge Of Market Trends, Competitors, And Regulatory Requirements.
